1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the item.
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original packaging and tags must be intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or specially ordered items
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Items returned after the allowed return period
3. Return Process
- Customers must contact us first via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or an agreed alternative.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the return eligibility criteria.
