1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or specially ordered items
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Items returned after the allowed return period

3. Return Process

  • Customers must contact us first via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or an agreed alternative.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
